This handmade one of a kind, Steampunk necklace features a 11 ruby jewel antique circa 1880, Swiss made keywind pocket watch movement.
The watch mechanism is a stunning example of a finely made timepiece. Exquisitely designed, with ornately cut hand engraved scroll motif wheel plates, brilliant genuine ruby jewels, exposed gold brass gears and highly polished steel wheels.
Adorning the watch is a beautifully detailed Sterling Silver over brass filigree Monarch butterfly, embellished with two antique steel watch winding gears set with a Swarovski crystal stones.
I've also embellished the watch with a duo of cleverly stacked gears set with a faceted Swarovski crystal stone.
The butterfly has been securely fastened to this gorgeous watch movement by a steel screw.
The pendant is securely bailed and hangs from a 24-inch, antiqued silver soldered oval link chain with lobster clasp.
The pocket watch movement pendant measures: 1-3/8 inches in diameter by 1-3/4 inches tall.
