This handmade, one of a kind Steampunk necklace features: A genuine antique circa 1900 Victorian, silver skeleton key with original patina.
I've a adorned the key with an antique 1920 ladies "Bulova" wrist watch movement mounted on an ornate, antiqued sterling silver over brass filigree accent.
This exquisite, Swiss made vintage watch movement was produced by the world renowned, Bulova Watch Co. Beautifully designed and well finished, these movements display brilliant genuine ruby jewels, exposed gold gears and highly polished steel plates.
I've embellished the timepiece with a antique steel pocket watch gear, set with a faceted Swarovski crystal stone, which has been securely placed on the movement.
Two hand wire wrapped genuine pearls attach the key to a lovely, soldered antiqued silver (Gunmetal) oval and round link chain with lobster clasp.
The chain length is: 22-inches long.
The key measures: 3-1/2 inches tall by 1-1/4 inches wide.
