You'll love this absolutely amazing one of a kind keepsake Steampunk necklace made from a antique Victorian circa 1900, hand engraved flower and leaf motif 14k yellow gold filled ladies pocket watch case, with original beveled glass crystal.

The engraving on the front bezel sand the back cover of the watch case is highly detailed and gorgeous, the pictures just don't do this piece justice…so much more fabulous in person!

The back cover displays a hand engraved chrysanthemum flower bordered by a leaf motif wreath with bow accent.

A highly detailed Sterling silver over brass owl has been captured inside along with a stunning faceted 1.0 carat brilliant Tanzanite gemstone and a variety of vintage cogs, gears and wheels.

A hand wire wrapped genuine pearl drop capped in antiqued gold filigree hangs delicately from the case.

The pendant suspends from a double strand of soldered copper oval link chain with genuine pearls accents that attach the chain to a lobster clasp closure, completing the necklace.

The watch case measures: Just over 1-inch in diameter and 2-1/8 inches tall.

The length of the chain is: 24-inches long.

Antique Victorian Circa 1880 Sterling Silver Ladies Pocket Watch Case Locket Necklace Hand Engraved with Heart Charm and Tanzanite Crystal, Steampunk Jewelry.

A truly phenomenal piece of statement jewelry, you’ll will fall in love with this gorgeous one of a kind keepsake locket necklace!

This incredibly fascinating piece is made from a antique circa 1880 Sterling Silver Swiss made pocket watch case, with original beveled glass crystal.

Rarely do you have the opportunity to own a magnificently 130+ year old handmade piece such as this one, so I was thrilled to come across this case.

By far this is one of the most exquisitely hand engraved cases I have had the pleasure of collecting.

The entire case from front to back is expertly engraved with a leaf and floral scroll motif design, it absolutely breathtaking!

The back of the case also features a shield that is perfect for monogramming.

The pocket watch case is embellished with a highly detailed antiqued Sterling Silver over brass Heart charm. Also within the case is a faceted 2.0+ carat cushioned shaped Violet Tanzanite Swarovski crystal stone and a variety of vintage circa (1870 to 1950) watch cogs, gears and wheels made of brass and steel.

The case itself is in fantastic condition for its age, it has a few minor blemishes here and there, which just adds to its old world charm. The hand engraving is intact and in excellent condition, which is uncommon for a precious metal watch case that is over 130+ years old.

Sterling Silver pocket watch cases are becoming increasingly rare and are incredibly hard to come by in good shape. I was absolutely thrilled that I was able to recover this watch and repurpose it as a jewelry piece. Typically many of these beautiful watches are fated to be melted down for precious metal value.

The pocket watch case suspends from a Victorian styled floral bail, that I’ve fashioned from a piece of sterling silver over brass filigree.

A soldered silver beaded link chain with lobster clasp completes the necklace.

The watch case measures: 1-1/2 inches in diameter and the watch case & pendant bail is 2-1/2 inches tall.

The length of necklace/chain is: 24-inches long.
