Nature meets industrial in this fascinating jewelry design and the result is a stunning must have Steampunk necklace!

Handmade and one of a kind this lovely piece features a antique circa 1940, 17 ruby jewel, Swiss made "Bulova" wristwatch movement.

A beautifully detailed antiqued gold brass, monarch butterfly is the background for this nature meets industrial Steampunk art piece.

This stunning, Swiss made vintage Bulova, watch mechanism is beautifully designed and well finished with brilliant genuine ruby jewels, exposed gold brass gears and ornately cut highly polished silver gear plates.

I've adorned the timepiece with a antique watch steel gear set with a faceted Swarovski crystal stone.

I've wire wrapped two faceted blue opal Swarovski crystal beads that attach the pendant to a soldered antiqued rose gold oval link chain with lobster clasp, completing the necklace.

The butterfly measures: 1-15/16 inches wide by 1-1/8 inches tall.

The necklace measures: 22-inches long.

The perfect piece of Steampunk wearable art! This handmade one of a kind, Steampunk necklace features an 15 genuine ruby jewel antique circa 1900, Waltham pocket watch movement.

The pocket watch movement is absolutely exquisite! The incredibly ornate guilloche floral patterned engraving, is breathtaking.

This stunning American made, antique pocket watch movement was produced by the world renowned, Waltham Watch Co. Beautifully designed and well finished, this mechanism displays brilliant genuine ruby jewels set within gold jewel mountings, exposed gold brass gears, highly polished steel accents and highly decorative silver wheel plates.

The watch is embellished with two hand picked vintage watch gears set with aquamarine blue Swarovski crystal faceted stones. A detailed antiqued silver Victorian inspired, pansy flower bail is securely placed onto the watch by a steel screw.

An 18-inch long, antiqued silver oval and round link chain, with lobster clasp completes the necklace.

The pendant measures: 1-5/8 inches long and the diameter of the watch is: 1-1/8 inches.
