"Time in a bottle" is the perfect piece of wearable Steampunk art! This unique, handmade keepsake necklace features, a vintage circa 1940 glass bottle, filled with various antique, circa 1900 to 1940, watch parts, cogs, gears, wheels and a vintage inspired, antiqued silver skeleton key.

I've embellished the vial cap with a formed to fit floral motif filigree antiqued gold "cap" and two beautifully detailed, antiqued filigree accents, finished by a genuine freshwater pearl, all which have been securely perched on the top of the screw on lid.

The antique glass bottle hangs from an antique 1900 gold brass pocket watch gear, that has been stacked with an additional steel watch winding gear set with a clear Swarovski crystal stone.

Two genuine freshwater pearls attach the gears and bottle to a antiqued patina brass oval link chain, completing the necklace.

The glass bottle/vial pendant measures: 2-inches tall and 7/16-inches in diameter.

This is an absolutely stunning handmade, one of a kind Neo Victorian, Steampunk necklace! Featured is an antique circa 1870 – 1880, 17 genuine ruby jewel, gold gilded Swiss handmade, pocket watch movement set upon an ornate, Victorian inspired flower and leaf motif, filigree mounting.

I've embellished the beautifully guilloche engraved watch with various handpicked, gold brass and silver antique pocket watch gears, one which is set with a faceted genuine 1/2cttw trillion Tanzanite gemstone and the other with a genuine white pearl.

I've left attached to the watch the original rose gold filled winding crown, which I've wrapped in antiqued gold filigree and set with faceted Swarovski crystal stones.

The Victorian motif background is adorned with a antique watch winding gear set with an antique porcelain second hand watch dial, another gear and a faceted genuine blue sapphire gemstone.

Two genuine freshwater pearl beads attach the pendant to an antiqued gold brass, rope chain with lobster clasp. A chain extension with filigree capped, genuine pearl drop, completes the necklace.

This piece is adjustable and can be worn with many different necklines. The necklace can be worn at its shortest length of: 17-1/2 inches, or use the extension and wear it up to: 21-inches long.

The pendant measures: 3-inches long by 2-inches wide.

These stunning American made, vintage watch movements were produced by the world renowned, Elgin Watch Co. Beautifully designed and well finished, these movements display brilliant genuine ruby jewels, gold brass gears and satin brushed silver plates.

Genuine white freshwater pearls connect the bezel to the antiqued gold pierced ear wires.

I utilized hypoallergenic (Nickel and lead free) Victorian-styled lever back pierced ear wires, adding to the beauty of the earrings as well as keeping them securely on.

You'll find that these earrings are light weight and easy to wear.

This stunning one of a kind handmade, Steampunk necklace features a antique gold gilt, American made Elgin ladies pocket watch movement with exposed gears, circa 1895.

I've set this beautiful watch on an setting.

A beautifully detailed antiqued brass, double layered filigree flower frame surrounds the pocket watch. A strand of round blue green genuine Amazonite beads attached to antiqued brass leaf links, mingle with a antiqued brass rope chain.

Both strands attach from the frame to a lovely blue green octagon faceted crystal bead capped in filigree. I've adorned the necklace further with a faceted genuine Amazonite briolette drop, a skeleton key charm and a vintage circa 1950, glass bottle filled with various antique watch parts that is capped in filigree with a genuine pearl.

Additional rope chain, a genuine Amazonite bead and ornate toggle clasp, completes this elegant necklace.
