You'll love this absolutely amazing, one of a kind keepsake Steampunk necklace made from a antique circa 1900-1910, 14k white gold filled, yellow gold filled and rose gold filled mans pocket watch case.
This is one of the most beautifully engraved tri-colored14k gold filled mans watch cases I've ever come across, the pictures just don't do it justice.
A gorgeous vintage filigree oval accent (Originally a antique earring) in Gold Vermeil (A combination of genuine Sterling Silver with a 14K gold overlay) with genuine garnet cabochon has been captured inside, along with various hand picked antique watch gears, wheels, cogs, (Circa 1870 to 1940).
The edges of both the front and back covers, neck and bow of the pocket watch case are exquisitely hand engraved with a floral and leaf motif. The case itself is in wonderful condition with only minor blemishes, which just adds to the old world charm and is typical for a gold filled watch case that is over 100 years old.
To explain this particular pocket watch case further… It is one of the most stunning I have ever seen. I love the tri-colored gold accents on this piece! Both the front bezel and back of the watch are 14K white gold, the very center or 'body' of the case is a warm rosy 14K yellow gold and the bow of the pocket watch is 14K rose gold.
Two hand wire wrapped faceted genuine garnet octagon shaped gemstone beads attach the pendant to a soldered copper figure eight oval link chain with lobster clasp, completing the necklace.
The watch case measures: 1-5/8 inches in diameter and 2-1/4 inches long.
The length of necklace/chain is: 24-inches long.
