This stunning handmade one of a kind, Steampunk Necklace features an 15 ruby jeweled, antique circa 1890s, gold gilded Swiss made pocket watch movement.

The movement is mounted to a heart-shaped Victorian inspired, filigree leaf and flower motif pendant in antiqued Sterling Silver over brass.

The watch mechanism is absolutely beautiful, displaying ornately designed, gold gilded wheel train plates, exposed brass gears and brilliant genuine ruby jewels.

I've adorned the time piece with a faceted Amethyst purple Swarovski crystal stone set within two cleverly stacked, antique steel watch winding gears. Various shapes and sizes of black Swarovski crystal and Vintage crystal beads, capped in filigree have been hand wire wrapped and attach to the heart and a Victorian inspired filigree connector.

The antiqued silver (Gunmetal) rolo link chain with lobster clasp closure is adjustable and can be worn at it current length of: 24-inches or use the 4-inch chain extension with black Swarovski crystal bead drop to wear the necklace up to 28-inches long.

The heart pendant measures: 1-1/2 inches wide by 2-inches tall.

The watch mechanism is beautifully designed, with exposed gold brass gears, brilliant genuine ruby jewels, highly polished steel accents and decorative satin finished silver plates.

I've incorporated an exquisitely detailed, Victorian inspired antiqued gold brass filigree with a flower motif. The watch is securely set within the center of the filigree and embellished with a antique steel watch gear set with a blue topaz Swarovski crystal stone.

The necklace is finished with an antiqued brass filigree accent and two sizes of gorgeous faceted blue opal Swarovski crystal beads that I hand wire wrapped.

An antiqued gold oval link chain with lobster clasp and 4-inch chain extension with blue opal crystal drop, completes the locket.

The locket measures 1-3/8 inches in diameter by 2-1/2 inches tall.

The length of the neck chain is: 18-inches or use the 4-inch extension to wear the locket up to 22-inches long.

A beautiful floral leaf motif design has been etched onto the vintage oval locket itself and is complimented by a Victorian styled antiqued gold brass bezel with floral and leaf motif.

The watch is securely nestled within the center of the gold bezel and displays stunning genuine ruby jewels, exposed gold brass gears and satin finished wheel plates.

I've embellished the watch mechanism with a hand picked antique watch gear set with a faceted Swarovski crystal stone.

The locket is accompanied by a lovely antiqued gold brass skeleton key charm and genuine pearl capped in gold filigree.

Each of three pieces hangs from an ornate antiqued gold toggle clasp, which is attached to a 20-inch antiqued brass rope chain, making for a decorative and practical way to easily wear the necklace.

You'll love this absolutely amazing, handmade one of a kind keepsake Steampunk Necklace.

This incredibly fascinating piece is made from a antique circa 1870 Victorian Sterling silver Swiss made key wind pocket watch case, with original beveled glass crystal.

This lovely 140+ year old Sterling silver pocket watch case was completely handmade. The front and back of the case has been exquisitely engraved with a floral scroll motif and a french moire pattern. The back of the case also features a shield that is perfect for monogramming!

The pocket watch case is embellished with a highly detailed antiqued brass honey bee. Also within the case is a faceted 2.0 carat cushion shaped blue topaz Swarovski crystal stone and a variety of vintage circa (1870 to 1950) watch cogs, gears and wheels made of brass and steel.

The case itself is in great condition for its age, it has a few minor dings here and there, which just adds to its old world charm. The hand engraving is intact and in good condition, which is rare for a precious metal watch case that is over 140+ years old.

The pocket watch case suspends from a Victorian styled bail I've fashioned from a piece of sterling silver over brass filigree.

A soldered antiqued silver rope chain with lobster clasp completes the necklace.

The watch case measures: 1-5/8 inches in diameter and the watch case & pendant bail is 2-3/4 inches tall.

The length of necklace/chain is: 24-inches long.

DESCRIPTION:

This gorgeous handmade one of a kind keepsake Steampunk Locket Necklace features a lovely, 14k yellow gold filled hand engraved flower and leaf motif, Victorian antique circa 1900, ladies pendant watch case.

A highly detailed floral motif antiqued Sterling Silver over brass dragonfly has been captured inside along with a 2.0+ carat faceted created red ruby (Salvaged from a antique 14k gold pendant that was beyond repair), and a variety of vintage antique cogs, gears and wheels.

The front bezel of the watch case is beautifully hand engraved, with a flower and leaf motif. The back cover is also monogrammed in a ornate script with the initials "LVC" (I think). A beautiful filigree capped genuine pearl drop, hangs from the case.

The pendant attaches to a ornate toggle clasp with antiqued gold brass round beaded oval link chain. I have design this unique and decorative necklace for ease of use. The necklace is easy to wear with the toggle clasp located in the front, allowing you to put it on and take it off effortlessly.

The watch case measures: 1-1/8 inch in diameter and 2-inches long.

The length of the chain/necklace is: 20-inches.
