Steampunk Necklace watch movement on Victorian skeleton key pendant silver filigree Swarovski crystal

This necklace is the perfect addition to your Steampunk jewelry collection and the ideal keepsake!

This handmade one of a kind Steampunk necklace features a genuine Victorian circa 1880 – 1900 steel skeleton key with original patina.

I've adorned the key with a antique circa 1940, Swiss made "Bulova" wristwatch movement, mounted on an ornate antiqued Sterling Silver over brass filigree accent.

The watch movement itself is exquisite displaying highly polished steel plates, 17 brilliant genuine ruby jewels, exposed gold brass gears and steel cogs.

I've embellished the mechanism with a faceted Swarovski crystal stone.

The key pendant hangs from a soldered antiqued silver (Gunmetal) rolo link chain with lobster clasp.

The chain length is: 24-inches long.

The key measures: 3-1/4 inches tall by 7/8-inches wide.

You'll love this absolutely amazing, handmade one of a kind keepsake Steampunk Necklace.

This incredibly fascinating piece is made from a antique circa 1850 – 1860 Victorian fine Sterling silver English made key wind Fusee pocket watch case, with original beveled glass crystal.

This lovely 150+ year old Sterling silver pocket watch case was completely handmade.

Substantial in size and weight (The case is almost three troy ounces of fine silver), this amazing watch case is a must have!

The back of the watch is beautifully hand engraved with a lovely french moire pattern surrounding a shield, perfect for monogramming.

The pocket watch case is embellished with a highly detailed antiqued brass Monarch butterfly charm. Also within the case is a faceted 6.0+ carat cushion shaped created ruby gemstone which I salvaged from a antique 14k solid gold Masonic ring that was beyond repair. A variety of vintage circa (1870 to 1950) watch cogs, gears and wheels made of brass and steel have been captured within the watch case as well.

The case itself is in great condition for its age, it has a few dents and dings (Found mainly on the back cover), which just adds to its old world charm. The hand engraving is mostly intact and in good condition, which is rare for a precious metal watch case that is over 150+ years old.

The pocket watch case suspends from a Victorian styled bail I've fashioned from a piece of sterling silver over brass filigree.

A soldered antiqued silver rope chain with lobster clasp completes the necklace.

The watch case measures: 2-inches in diameter and the watch case & pendant bail is 3-1/2 inches tall.

Featured is a fascinating antique circa 1940, High grade Rare Swiss made "Mathey Tissot" wristwatch movement.

This exquisite Swiss made vintage watch movement was manufactured by the prestigious Mathey Tissot watch Co., and are typically only housed in 14k and 18k solid gold cased wristwatches.

The watch movement is beautifully designed and well finished and displays highly polished steel wheels, Exposed brass gears, brilliant genuine ruby jewels and gold gilded wheel plates.

I've adorned the timepiece with a vintage steel watch gear set with a faceted aquamarine blue Swarovski crystal stone.

A ornate Victorian inspired Sterling silver over brass beaded edge round bezel setting is the foundation for this fabulous pendant.

Hand wire wrapped faceted blue opal Swarovski crystal beads attach the chain to a Victorian inspired Sterling Silver over brass filigree accent.

A antiqued silver (Gunmetal) oval and round soldered link chain with lobster clasp completes the piece.

The pendant measures: 2-inches long by 1-inch wide.

This stunning handmade one of a kind, Steampunk locket features a 21 ruby jeweled antique circa 1960, Swiss made wristwatch movement.

The watch mechanism is absolutely fascinating, displaying ornately cut silver plates, Exposed brass gears, brilliant genuine ruby jewels and highly polished steel wheels and accents.

The movement is securely encapsulated within a antiqued silver prong-set bezel, which I hand formed from a filigree disc. The bezel is mounted to a antiqued brass large heart-shaped locket with a Florentine texture.

The pendant suspends from a ornate antiqued gold toggle clasp attached to a soldered figure eight brass chain.

I have design this unique and decorative necklace for ease of use. The necklace is easy to wear with the toggle clasp located in the front, allowing you to put it on and take it off effortlessly.

The locket measures: 1-5/8 inches wide by 2-inches tall.
