This incredibly fascinating piece is made from a antique circa 1890 Victorian Sterling silver Swiss made Demi Hunter case pocket watch, with original beveled glass crystal.

This lovely 120+ year old Sterling silver pocket watch case was completely handmade.

The back cover of the watch is smooth and highly polished and would be perfect for monogramming.

The pocket watch case is embellished with a highly detailed antiqued brass dragonfly charm. Also within the case is a 2.0+ carat faceted oval shaped Pink Tourmaline gemstone. A variety of vintage circa (1870 to 1950) watch cogs, gears and wheels made of brass and steel also have been safely nestled within the case.

The case itself is in terrific condition for its age, it has a few minor blemishes here and there which just adds to its old world charm. The hand engraving is intact and in wonderful condition, which is rare for a precious metal watch case that is over 120+ years old.

The pocket watch case suspends from a Victorian styled bail I’ve fashioned from a piece of sterling silver over brass filigree.

A soldered antiqued silver over copper chain with lobster clasp completes the necklace.

The watch mechanism is beautifully designed, with exposed gold brass gears, brilliant genuine ruby jewels, highly polished steel accents and decorative satin finished silver plates.

I've embellished the locket with a Sterling silver over brass Victorian inspired ornate scroll motif bezel setting. The watch is securely nestled on the adornment, in the center of the locket.

The locket is hangs from a antiqued brass dragonfly bail which attaches the pendant to a soldered rolo link chain with lobster clasp.

The necklace measures: 24-inches long.

The locket measures: 2-inches long by 1-1/2 inches wide.
