This stunning, handmade one of a kind Steampunk Necklace features a antique circa 1890, ornately guilloche engraved, American made 15 ruby jewel pocket watch movement. I paired this stunning watch with a Sterling Silver over brass floral scroll motif filigree frame.
The pocket watch itself is absolutely gorgeous! I love the combination of contrasting gold and silver gears, brilliant genuine ruby jewels and gorgeous scroll motif engraving, all the makings for an exquisite timepiece.
I've added an embellishment to the pocket watch, which is a duo of antique steel watch gears cleverly stacked and then set with a faceted garnet red Swarovski crystal stone.
A beautiful garnet red cubic zirconia faceted briolette drop capped in Sterling Silver over brass filigree completes center piece.
The remainder of the this Statement piece is made up of hand wire wrapped, round and bicone garnet red Swarovski crystal beads (Some capped in Sterling silver over brass filigree), silver flying swallow bird adornments. All of these lovely baubles lead to a antiqued silver soldered oval link chain with a secure lobster clasp closure.
A 4-inch extension and garnet red faceted Swarovski crystal drop completes this gorgeous necklace.
The necklace measures: 18-inches long at its shortest or use the chain extension to lengthen it up to 22-inches if desired.
The center piece/focal with pocket watch measures: 2-1/2 inches long by 1-/34 inches wide.
This is a truly, one of a kind jewelry art necklace and something that will be surely treasured for a lifetime.
