I've adorned the watch with a antique steel watch winding gear set with a genuine Garnet cabochon gemstone.

The pendant is securely bailed and is suspended from a Soldered antiqued brass fancy link chain with lobster clasp.

The pendant measures: 1-3/4 inches tall by 1-3/8 inches in diameter.

The necklace/chain measures: 24-inches long.

The pocket watch itself is absolutely beautiful, the incredibly ornate, guilloche floral patterned engraving is breathtaking!

This amazing American made antique pocket watch movement was produced by the world renowned Elgin Watch Co.

Beautifully designed and well finished the mechanism displays, brilliant genuine ruby jewels, exposed gold gears and highly polished silver plates.

The timepiece is securely bailed and suspends from a soldered antiqued silver beaded link chain with lobster clasp.

The pendant measures: 1-3/8 inches tall and the diameter of the watch is: 1-1/8 inches.

The length of chain measure: 20-inches.

Antique Victorian Circa 1880 Sterling Silver Ladies Pocket Watch Case Locket Necklace Hand Engraved with Heart Charm and Tanzanite Crystal, Steampunk Jewelry.

A truly phenomenal piece of statement jewelry, you’ll will fall in love with this gorgeous one of a kind keepsake locket necklace!

This incredibly fascinating piece is made from a antique circa 1880 Sterling Silver Swiss made pocket watch case, with original beveled glass crystal.

Rarely do you have the opportunity to own a magnificently 130+ year old handmade piece such as this one, so I was thrilled to come across this case.

By far this is one of the most exquisitely hand engraved cases I have had the pleasure of collecting.

The entire case from front to back is expertly engraved with a leaf and floral scroll motif design, it absolutely breathtaking!

The back of the case also features a shield that is perfect for monogramming.

The pocket watch case is embellished with a highly detailed antiqued Sterling Silver over brass Heart charm. Also within the case is a faceted 2.0+ carat cushioned shaped Violet Tanzanite Swarovski crystal stone and a variety of vintage circa (1870 to 1950) watch cogs, gears and wheels made of brass and steel.

The case itself is in fantastic condition for its age, it has a few minor blemishes here and there, which just adds to its old world charm. The hand engraving is intact and in excellent condition, which is uncommon for a precious metal watch case that is over 130+ years old.

Sterling Silver pocket watch cases are becoming increasingly rare and are incredibly hard to come by in good shape. I was absolutely thrilled that I was able to recover this watch and repurpose it as a jewelry piece. Typically many of these beautiful watches are fated to be melted down for precious metal value.

The pocket watch case suspends from a Victorian styled floral bail, that I’ve fashioned from a piece of sterling silver over brass filigree.

A soldered silver beaded link chain with lobster clasp completes the necklace.

The watch case measures: 1-1/2 inches in diameter and the watch case & pendant bail is 2-1/2 inches tall.

The length of necklace/chain is: 24-inches long.

This lovely 130+ year old Sterling silver pocket watch case was completely handmade.

The front and back of the case has been exquisitely engraved with a floral scroll motif and a french moire pattern.

The back of the case also features a shield that is perfect for monogramming!

The pocket watch case is embellished with a highly detailed antiqued brass dragonfly. Also within the case is a faceted 2.0 carat oval cut pink tourmaline Swarovski crystal stone and a variety of vintage circa (1870 to 1950) watch cogs, gears and wheels made of brass and steel.

The case itself is in fantastic condition for its age, it has a few blemishes and minor dings here and there, which just adds to its old world charm. The hand engraving is intact and in excellent condition, which is rare for a precious metal watch case that is over 130+ years old.
