The watch mechanism is a exquisite example of a fine handmade quality timepiece, with beautifully designed ornately cut wheel plates, brilliant genuine ruby jewels, exposed gold brass gears and steel wheels and accents all encompassed by a warm patina finish.

I've embellished the timepiece with a vintage steel pocket watch gear set with a created Opal gemstone.

The pendant is securely bailed with a antiqued brass Victorian inspired filigree that is fastened to the watch by a steel screw.

A ornate soldered antique brass oval link chain with lobster clasp completes the necklace.

The necklace measures: 24-inch long.

You’ll love this absolutely amazing, one of a kind keepsake Steampunk Necklace.

This incredibly fascinating piece is made from a antique circa 1880 Victorian Sterling silver Swiss made pocket watch case, with original beveled glass crystal.

This lovely 130+ year old Sterling silver pocket watch case was completely handmade.

The back of the case has been exquisitely engraved with a picturesque scene of a home nestled by a lake.

A highly detailed antiqued brass sparrow with Swarovski crystal accents is captured inside the case. Also within the case are various antique watch gears, wheels, cogs, (Circa 1870 to 1940) and a brilliant 2.0+ carat faceted cushion shaped Blue Topaz Swarovski Crystal stone.

The case itself is in great condition for its age, it has a few minor blemishes here and there, which just adds to its old world charm. The hand engraving is intact and in wonderful condition which is rare for a precious metal watch case that is over 130+ years old.

The pocket watch case suspends from a Victorian styled bail I’ve fashioned from a piece of sterling silver over brass filigree.

A soldered antiqued silver beaded link chain, with lobster clasp completes the necklace.

The watch case measures: 1-1/4 inches in diameter and the watch case & pendant bail is 2-1/4 inches tall.

The length of necklace/chain is: 24-inches long.
