Steampunk Locket Necklace Watch Movement on Silver Victorian Leaf Motif Bezel with Blue Topaz Crystal Large Oval Locket

You'll absolutely fall in love with this gorgeous handmade one of a kind, Steampunk Locket!

Featured is a antique circa 1940 17 ruby jewel "Wittnauer" wristwatch movement.

The timepiece is stunning, displaying brilliant genuine ruby jewels, exposed gold gears and highly polished steel wheel plates.

I've adorned the locket with two layers of ornate Victorian Inspired adornments in antiqued Sterling silver over brass. The first and the larger of the two, has a highly detailed leaf and scroll motif. The second and top layer, is an etched scroll motif bezel that I've mounted the watch mechanism on.

The timepiece is embellished with a vintage steel watch gear set with a faceted blue topaz Swarovski crystal.

The locket suspends from a ornate antiqued brass toggle clasp.

A antiqued brass rope chain completes the necklace.

The locket measures: 2-1/2 inches tall by 1-1/2 inches wide.

The chain length is: 24-inches.

This handmade one of a kind, necklace features a 15 ruby jewel antique circa 1896, Elgin pocket watch movement.

The pocket watch itself is absolutely beautiful, the incredibly ornate, guilloche floral patterned engraving is breathtaking!

This amazing American made antique pocket watch movement was produced by the world renowned Elgin Watch Co.

Beautifully designed and well finished the mechanism displays, brilliant genuine ruby jewels, exposed gold gears and highly polished silver plates.

The timepiece is securely bailed and suspends from a soldered antiqued silver beaded link chain with lobster clasp.

The pendant measures: 1-3/8 inches tall and the diameter of the watch is: 1-1/8 inches.

The length of chain measure: 20-inches.

An incredible example of a finely made timepiece, this amazing English key wind fusee pocket watch mechanism is beautifully designed and features ornately hand engraved scroll and leaf motif engraving throughout this amazing watch.

The pocket watch movement was most likely originally housed in a Sterling silver or solid 18k gold case.

The exposed gearing is absolutely fascinating! The exceptional workmanship and attention to detail can be seen throughout this amazing handmade watch.

Various sizes of stunning faceted genuine red garnet gemstones weighing approx. 3.0cttw decorate the plate, along with a fiery created opal.

I've hand wire wrapped a faceted genuine garnet which attaches the watch mechanism to a ornate pendant bail I fashioned from a piece of filigree.

The pendant suspends from a lovely antique 14k gold filled french rope chain with lobster clasp closure, completing the necklace.

The pendant measures: 1-3/4 inches in diameter and 2-1/2 inches tall.

The chain length measures: 28-inches long.
