A highly detailed antiqued Sterling silver over brass dragonfly is captured inside the case, along with various antique watch gears, wheels, cogs, (Circa 1870 to 1940) and a large faceted oval-shaped 2.0+ carat brilliant genuine red Garnet gemstone.

The case itself is in great condition for its age, with only a few minor dings/blemishes here and there and is typical for a watch case that is over 140+ years old.

The pocket watch case suspends from a bail that I fashioned from antiqued silver filigree.

A lovely soldered mesh link chain made of solid Sterling Silver with lobster clasp closure completes the necklace.
